Tantra

Tantra is an ancient spiritual tradition that originated in India over a thousand years ago. Essentially, tantra is about awareness, presence, and connection—with oneself, with others, and with life in general. Unlike many practices that separate body and spirit, tantra asserts that body, mind, and energy are deeply interconnected. It teaches that every experience—breathing, touching, moving, even everyday life—can be a path to greater consciousness and personal transformation if approached with mindfulness. In modern times, tantra is often associated with practices such as meditation, conscious breathing, movement, and sometimes massage or intimate exercises. The goal is not just relaxation or pleasure, but also healing, self-discovery, and deeper connection—both within oneself and in relationships.
